Individual Therapy
Individual therapy (sometimes called psychotherapy) is a process through which clients work one-to-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring and confidential environment. It gives you a space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Unlike couple or family therapy, individual therapy focuses solely on YOU.
Couple Counseling
Couples Counseling help you express your feelings, discuss difficult issues with your partner, and resolve conflicts. It can help increase understanding, respect, affection, and emotional intimacy between you and your partner. Couple Counseling can teach effective communication skills to address the challenges and provide tools for couple to practice outside of the therapy room.
Acceptance of Some Insurances
Most major medical insurances along with Employee Assistance Progam (EAP) Insurance are accepted. Please check your plan for any authorization needed, deductibles, co-insurance, or co-pays. You can find the information to contact your mental health/behavioral plan on the back of your medical card. If you want to use your EAP, you can contact your company's HR dept.
Monthly Maintenance Counseling
Sometimes clients may need a tune-up like our vehicles need a tune-up just to make sure everything is working. The monthly maintenance sessions are for returning clients, who may not meet medical necessity to meet on a regular basis, yet can benefit from a few monthly maintenance session to reinforce tools and/or develop new ones.
Office Hours: Tuesday 2pm - 6pm; Wednesday 10am - 6pm; Thursday 10 am - 6pm
Availablility: No Immediate Openings. Accepting referrals for waitlist. Waitlist time varies. Free phone consultation for waitlist placement.
